Responsibilities

Under direction of the Director, Rehabilitation Services or designee, perform diversified duties both within and in support of Rehabilitation Services at assigned hospital sites. Provide leadership to staff and oversee daily work process, operations, department manpower scheduling, fiscal responsibilities, performance improvement and outcomes. Ensure compliance with SHG and external regulatory agency policies, procedures and requirements. Serve as a role model and a resource to assigned staff. Provide support and promote high practice standards, collaboration and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, a health care discipline or the equivalent education and experience is required. A Masters Degree is preferred.
  • Current Massachusetts License in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Audiology or a similar field is required.
  • Five (5) years of related experience including a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in the field of Rehabilitation is required.
  • A current Massachusetts License in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Audiology, or a similar field is required. Certificate of Clinical Competence is required as appropriate (Speech Pathology and Audiology).
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. 

     

  • Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. 

Pay Range

USD $119,891.20 - USD $169,374.40 /Yr.
