Responsibilities

Position reports to the Manager, Corporate Communications or designee. Responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive communication campaigns and strategies that drive employee awareness and engagement and support Southcoast Health's mission and objectives. Act as the Communications liaison with stakeholders from internal departments, including but not limited to, Benefits, Culture & Engagement, Mission Advancement, and Service Excellence, as well as various clinical and multi-disciplinary teams. Write engaging copy for employee e-newsletter and intranet. Manage and prioritize high volume of incoming requests for support for internal communications utilizing employee intranet, digital signage, weekly newsletter, as well as traditional channels. Track and analyze metrics to determine success of communication efforts against KPIs and use data to inform strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field is required, or combination of related education combined with significant directly related experience.
  • Successful candidate must demonstrate high character, strategic thinking and excellent writing, interpersonal, communication, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of SharePoint is required, experience with ServiceNow and Digital Signage platforms preferred.
  • Minimum three years' experience in related position required, 5+ years' experience preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. 

Pay Range

USD $68,452.80 - USD $115,148.80 /Yr.
