We are searching for a talented Administrative Secretary to provide direct administrative support to Charlton Memorial Hospital's Associate Chief Nursing Officer. Responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Assist with tracking departmental goals, projects, and key performance indicators. Assist with coordination of special events, training sessions, or staff recognition programs.

Responsibilities

Under the general supervision and direction of the ACNO, utilize various computer programs to compose, transcribe and type a variety of documents for the Director and other Patient Services leadership staff including correspondence, meeting minutes, agendas, memos, directives and annual reports. Answer phone, screen calls, take and relay messages, make notations and resolve a variety of inquiries, informational requests, problems, questions, discrepancies, etc., within scope of own responsibilities. Receive, screen and direct visitors. Receive, open, prioritize and distribute mail. Interact with other senior members of the management and medical staff, including client physician offices. Work with staff and management throughout the organization in support of various operating efforts such as IT, Legal, HR and Marketing

Qualifications

  • An Associate's Degree in a related field or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of various software programs (e.g. Word and Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
  • Must possess high level interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Three (3) years of related experience required.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. 

 

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience

Pay Range

USD $17.49 - USD $29.41 /Hr.
