We are searching for a talented LPN Call Center Intake-VNA  

 

Hours: 40hrs 

Shift: Day shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation  

Location: Visiting Nurse Association - Fairhaven, MA

Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Director of Customer Care or designee, and within agency and department policies and procedures, perform a variety of duties to ensure accurate and effective flow of intake information between referral sources, patient, admissions staff, nursing managers, the business office and all other appropriate persons. The Call Center Intake Nurse is also responsible for facilitating efficient flow of client admissions and billing and insurance information.

Qualifications

  • Current LPN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • Three to five (3 to 5) years of related experience required.
  • Previous home health care experience highly desirable.
  • Experience working in an admission or intake department preferred.
  • Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Requires proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs.
  • Current LPN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

 

 

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. 

Pay Range

USD $31.84 - USD $41.87 /Hr.
