Hours: 40hrs  

Shift:   Flexible shifts & hours with weekend and holiday rotation; 7:00am - 6:00pm

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Position reports to the Retail Pharmacy Director or Designee. Perform a variety of professional services and responsibilities related to the clinical review and dispensing of outpatient drug therapy. Keep current and remain knowledgeable of computer applications and pertinent state and federal law/regulations. Provide technical direction and supervision of assigned personnel. Provide vaccinations and communicate with patients and other health care professionals to optimize medication therapy. 

• A Bachelor of Science Degree Program in Pharmacy is required.
• Previous hospital and retail experience is preferred.
• One (1) year of related experience is preferred.
• Consideration is given to new graduates.
• Must be a Registered Pharmacist in good standing, licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
• Current Massachusetts Immunization Certification.
• Ideal candidate will be highly patient focused, yet be able to manage a fast paced and diverse practice setting with an emphasis on clinical collaboration and patient throughput. 

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. 

   

• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
