We are searching for a talented Patient Info - Gift Shop Clerk

Hours: 32hrs  

Shift: Day/Evening shift with every other weekend and holiday rotation  

Location: Tobey Hospital - Wareham, MA

Under the direction of the Manager of Volunteer Services, perform diversified duties in the support of the patient information desk and gift shop at Tobey Hospital by providing information and customer service to visitors, staff, patients, vendors, etc of the hospital information desk and gift shop.

• Equal to completion of four years of high school required.
• Over three months experience required.
• Seeking candidate with excellent customer service skills.
• Answer phones, provide wayfinding, maintain composure when calling codes.
• Computer skills a must (knowledge of epic, kronos, Learn More and Outlook).
• Responsible to create visitation badges for all patients and visitors entering the facility, adhere to dress code policy, monitor patient items being brought into the facility.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
