We are searching for a talented Ambassador-Gift Shop Coordinator 

 

Hours: 24hrs 

Shift: Day shift, 8:00am - 4:00pm   

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Responsibilities

Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Ambassadors & Gift Shops or designee, prepare general correspondence, letters, meeting minutes, etc. Support special events, galas, meetings, luncheons, etc. by preparing mailings, invitations, program books, etc. Support Manager in gathering information, providing information before meetings and updating information. Under the supervision of the Manager of the Ambassadors and Gift shop, prepare general correspondence, letters, meeting minutes, and correspondence with Ambassadors (ie. Newsletters, monthly emails, updates, invites to events.) Utilize social media and both gift shop and Ambassador webpages for monthly updates. Organize annual major events (ie. Scholarship event and annual major event as well as smaller events ie. Christmas, retreat, etc.) Data entry into Raisers edge, to maintain Ambassador records, gifts and correspondence as well as gift acknowledgment. Solicit gifts for event via mailings, email and phone correspondence. Support Liaison in gathering information on the board, committees, information before meetings and updating active meeting activities and correspondence. Supporting the gift shop with all functions needed by the liaison, examples include holiday flyers, monthly sale flyers and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience required. (i.e. Secretarial or Medical Secretarial arts) or combination of equivalent education and experience required.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e. Required Experience- Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferably 2-3 years experience in Raisers Edge) and other computer-based programs specific to function required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

 

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. 

Pay Range

USD $17.05 - USD $28.28 /Hr.
