We are searching for a talented Staffing Coordinator - Urgent Care 

 

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day shift, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Urgent Care - Fall River, MA; site to site travel as needed

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of Urgent Care Practice Manager, produce the monthly work schedule (MWS) for providers (physicians, NPs, PAs), LPNs, and medical assistants. Make updates to the MWS continuously as vacancies occur and review changes with practice manager to ensure adequate daily staffing levels are maintained. Maintain accurate staff attendance records and identify patterns in excessive absences/tardiness follow up by practice manager. Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure gaps in schedules are promptly managed. Assist in the onboarding of new staff members by ensuring their schedules are created and communicated timely. Collaborate with practice manager on managing patient care complaints via NRC. Review NRC alerts daily and resolve within the tracking system.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from high school is required.
  • Over 1years of administrative, secretarial, or scheduling experience is preferred.
  • Experience creating staff schedules within medical office, urgent care center, skilled nursing facility, or hospital is preferred.
  • Experience with Kronos is preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

 

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. 

Pay Range

USD $17.49 - USD $29.41 /Hr.
