We are searching for a talented Pharmacist - Student - Tech

 

Hours: Per Diem 

Shift: Flexible shifts and hour, 7:00am - 3:30pm, 9:30am - 6:00pm, 12:30pm - 9:00pm with weekend and holiday rotation   

Location: Tobey Hospital - Wareham, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. 

 

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Student/ Technician performs pharmacy-related functions, in compliance with department policies and procedures that provide optimal pharmaceutical care.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an accredited college of Pharmacy program to obtain Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required.
  • Completion of the first two years of study for pharmacy curriculum (i.e., starting first professional year curriculum) is required.
  • MA state registration as a Pharmacy Intern or technician is required.
  • A valid drivers license is required.
  • Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Intern is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Pay Range

USD $16.55 - USD $27.78 /Hr.

Rotation Schedule Requirement

One weekend per month and holiday rotation
