We are searching for a talented CT Technologist
*$8,000 New Hire Sign-On Bonus for Registered CT at time of hire. Re-hires termed more than 1 year also eligible.*
Hours: 24 flex 32hrs
Shift: Evening shift, primarily 3:00pm - 11:30pm and 11:00pm -7:30am with occasional day shifts with weekend, holiday and on call rotation
Location: St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Radiology Clinical Services or designee, perform diversified clinical patient care, technical and related duties within assigned modality as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Responsible for each assigned patient, perform patient assessments, and correlate clinical findings with exam/procedure request. Obtain pertinent information from patients chart and document all data within the EHR. Educate patient for exam. Position patient and select appropriate imaging equipment and supplies. Identify, prepare and/or administer pharmaceuticals related to the exam/procedure. Select technical factors/ parameters/sequences to produce quality images. Properly identify anatomy and evaluate images for technical quality. Apply the principles of ALARA to minimize exposure to patient, self and others and aware of MR safety practices. Assist physicians in performing procedures.
