We are searching for a talented HR Business Partner 

*This is a hybrid position. Expectation is approx. 2-3 days on-site per week based on needs.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. 

Responsibilities

Under limited direction of the Director of Employee & Labor Relations and HR Business Partners or designee, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the delivery of all HR services to internal client groups. HRBPs partner closely with managers and provide human resources advice, coaching, development and support to their assigned client groups. Provide employees the insights they need to navigate all things HR. The HRBP has a direct impact on employee satisfaction with HR services and brand within the organization.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, a clinical discipline or other related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and conflict resolution is required.
  • Business literacy skills are required.
  • Must be able to work independently with management on strategies and process improvement for assigned areas throughout the system, including multi-site responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of employment/labor and other related laws is required.
  • Experience and proficiency using various personal computer software including MS Office, internet and HRIS systems.
  • Minimum five (5) years Human Resources generalist and/or leadership experience is required.

 

Pay Range

USD $71,676.80 - USD $120,390.40 /Yr.
