Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Under limited direction of the Director of Employee & Labor Relations and HR Business Partners or designee, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the delivery of all HR services to internal client groups. HRBPs partner closely with managers and provide human resources advice, coaching, development and support to their assigned client groups. Provide employees the insights they need to navigate all things HR. The HRBP has a direct impact on employee satisfaction with HR services and brand within the organization.
