We are searching for a talented Invent Supplies and Equipment Assistant

 

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day Shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Southcoast Health Business Center - Fairhaven, MA

Responsibilities

Under supervision of the Manager, Business Operations or designee, perform a variety of duties, including, but not limited to, perform routine maintenance, evaluate deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures, analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages, record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory, stock deliveries and clean/disinfect clinical equipment after returned by staff.

Qualifications

  • Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional courses or training or the equivalent is required.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management is required.
  • An ability to accurately track and report inventory is required Mechanic or other related experience that demonstrates the ability to operate and maintain general maintenance tools is preferred.
  • Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • A minimum of one year of related work experience is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Pay Range

USD $15.79 - USD $25.50 /Hr.
