We are searching for a talented Team Lead-Patient Care Services

 

Hours: 36hrs

Shift:  Flexible shifts & hours shift with every third weekend and every other holiday rotation; 11:00am - 11:30pm and 7:00am - 7:30pm as needed

Location: Family Center - St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities

Under direction of individually assigned Manager, Patient Care and/or Director, Patient Services, perform diversified duties both within and in support of the department including leadership, performance review process, daily operations, departmental manpower scheduling , fiscal responsibilities, educational responsibilities, performance improvement , liaison, quality, etc.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
  • A minimum of three years related work experience is required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize technology to document, evaluate and manage patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrated organizational, coordination and time management skills.
  • Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • Specialty certification is preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in FCU(labor room/mother baby) or Level 2 required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. 

Pay Range

USD $47.05 - USD $86.25 /Hr.

Rotation Schedule Requirement

every third weekend, every other holiday
