Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm, occasional weekend or off hours as required

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital – Fall River, MA

Responsibilities

Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Facilities or designee, perform routine predictive and preventive maintenance on piping / plumbing equipment and systems throughout the facilities and associated properties. Perform renovations and install new piping / plumbing systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning piping and plumbing. Recommend solutions for corrective action and make repairs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent including trade school training is required.
  • Massachusetts Journeyman's Plumbers License is required.
  • Certification to perform work on medical gas piping systems is required.
  • Experience working on mechanical systems and the ability to work with minimal supervision is required.
  • Five (5) years related work experience is required.
  • Massachusetts Journeyman's Plumbers License is required.
  • Certification to perform work on medical gas piping systems is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. 

Pay Range

USD $24.48 - USD $40.78 /Hr.

Rotation Schedule Requirement

Occasion weekend or off hours as required
